Denver Property
Denver Holds Every Building Type At Once.
Denver is the one place in the metro where a single operator can have a downtown suite, a converted warehouse and a house, and none of the three wants the same system. That range is the defining constraint here.
The older commercial stock shares walls and has nowhere obvious to put a recorder, so equipment siting and cable routing decide more than the camera specification does. Converted industrial buildings have the opposite problem: plenty of room, long runs, and ceilings high enough that a lens chosen for a doorway resolves nothing.
Street-facing frontage is the other Denver-specific question. On a shared block your doorway sits a few feet from somebody else’s, and on a busy road an exterior camera picks up far more public space than the owner expects. Both are angle and lens decisions, made on the walk-through.
What We Install
Systems Built For Denver Buildings.
Covering Denver County and the surrounding metro. Every design starts with somebody walking the building.
Downtown And Shared Blocks
Entry, counter and rear access in buildings that share walls and have nowhere obvious for equipment.
Converted Industrial
High ceilings and long runs, where lens choice and cable route matter more than camera count.
Retail Corridors
Frontage, approach and the service door behind, with coverage shaped to your own boundary.
Neighborhood Residential
Approach, entries and the doors people actually use, specified for how the property is lived in.
On Site
What The Walk Usually Finds In Denver.
Denver holds several building types in one city, and they do not want the same answers.
Which Denver You Are In
A downtown suite, a converted warehouse and a house on a residential street are three different jobs. The walk settles which one before anything is specified.
Where The Equipment Can Live
Older shared buildings rarely have an obvious home for a recorder. It needs ventilation, a lock, and somewhere that is not the customer area.
How Much Of The Street You Will See
On a busy road an exterior camera picks up more public space than owners expect. Aim and lens get decided on site rather than from a plan.
